I have always had an interest in health, fitness and nutrition. Seeing people realize their fitness potential and achieving personal goals are a great thing to witness.
Over the last 21 years, I have worked with many types of clients of various fitness levels. Every client is different. I design exercise sessions that are challenging with an individuals health and fitness goals in mind. The workouts designed are always effective and fun.
I enjoy whole body strength training, running, and cycling. I also like competing in various road races (5K/10K/Half Marathons & Ultramarathons), Duathlons, Hyrox and OCR (Obstacle Course Races) events. My wife and I stay active raising a family of four kids.
