Weekend Workouts

Need to jump start your weekend plans?

The Essential Fitness (or EFIT) Weekend Workout concentrates on one fitness mode for 60 minutes in length.

Kettlebells, Slamballs, Fitness Boxing or other Hybrid Activities (Dumbbell/Bodyweight) are featured. We also add power walking or light jogging with some of the workouts as well.

These workouts are a great way to rev up your metabolism, burn mega calories, and increase your overall fitness levels!
